can someone give me an example of Lua code that would read the memory address of my health in a game and when it drops below, let's say 25, it pushes H which in this case uses a med kit

If you'd like it to run continuously, embed it inside a timer:

t = createTimer()
t.Interval = 100
t.OnTimer = function(sender)
  if readInteger(0x1234ABCD) == 25 then
    doKeyPress(VK_H)
  end
end
