so i tried using the pre-made table for EU4 and it broke my achievements for some reason. I know the basics of how to change money and monarchy points but what i really need help on to save my current game is how to manually track and change my administrative efficiency. does anyone know how to do this?

the number for admin. eff. is your procent number*10.
First scan eu4 with cheatengine for the nummber 0 (type 4 byte), you will get an infinite number of matches.
Than get your number for admin points very high and rush to admin technology 17.
Now scan for 100.
Rush to admin tec 23 and scan for 200.
by now i had just to matches so i tried and got lucky if you dont go to admin tec 27 and scan for 300.
When you have found the right adress set the value to 1000 and activate it.
Now you will never ever have to worry about overexpansion, and the warscorecost pro province is 1% meaning you can get up to 100 provinces per peacedeal, with 0 aggressive expansion and i think lesser diplomatic point cost. Also like i said no overexpansion.
