Please be more specific. Are you referring to no recoil, no spread or both? Or something else?

Super easy.
Find out the values that change the accuracy when firing, then freeze them or NOP the part that writes to the address.
Should be straightforward once you find the recoil and spread values.

If it's a sniper rifle, then you may only have to find the crosshair movement (and maybe recoil). If it's an automatic weapon, you may have to find crosshair movement, recoil and reticle size (and maybe even adjustable reticle perimeter).
For crosshair movement, it will depend on the game, but you should try to slow the game down (use speedhack or in-game speed variable), then search for increased/decreased as the crosshairs move up/down. Freeze the values that you find until you lock the crosshairs in place. You'll have a value for X axis and Y axis. Find what writes to those values and NOP the instruction(s). Depending on the game, the X/Y values may be 0 (or something) when the crosshairs are at default position. With that said, you may have to change your search method and/or write your script to always write 0 to those values etc.. Additionally, the further the crosshairs move away from that 'dead zone' (remember, always X/Y relative), the more that your value(s) may increase, and as the crosshairs move closer back, the more that the value(s) may decrease (again, remember, always X/Y relative). Also, the values may be negative or positive, depending on if the crosshairs are above the dead zone or below it, to the left of the dead zone or to the right of it, obviously.
For the other values, I would try to find the ammo/ammo-in-clip/clip-remaining value(s) first, and looking in those data structures for anything useful, because all of the other values may be close by. Once found, view the data structure, slow the game down, make a copy of the structure, change the update interval in your data structure settings to 1ms, lock the first structure and fire your weapon. Observe the values that change during that time. Add them to your cheat table and try to freeze them, as-is. If that doesn't work, try to set their values to zero and freeze them. If that doesn't work, try to see what is writing to them and NOP'ing any instructions that show up. Before you NOP anything, ALWAYS add ALL instructions to your code list and save your table. Also, any good values that you find (ammo, health, whatever), immediately check to see what is accessing them and add those instructions to your code list too (don't forget to save your table). It's a good habit that may save you lots of time in the event that you crash the target (you probably will).
