If you are using Cheat Engine's trainer maker don't plan on making your trainer secure. Because you are using a pre-defined template that holds your trainer data in a specific manner, there is little you can do to add protection onto it without manually altering how Cheat Engine compiles the trainer.

You can add other protections on top of it but you risk breaking the trainer in general due to how it works.

If you want something to be more 'secure', then you are better off coding your own trainers in a non-managed language like C/C++/ASM/etc. Otherwise, you are just setting yourself up to be decompiled with ease.

And even then no matter how much you obfuscate or protect the trainer, all someone has to do is hook ReadProcessMemory/WriteProcessMemory and they can see what your trainer is doing without the source to it.

Thanks for reply, and if you download the source cheat engine and change some default values to avoid people read the code only download programs that do that job?
but most likely it is to do my trainer in another language.

Changing things in Cheat Engines source will deter people but it wont stop them. You need to keep in mind how the trainers work once they are generated in Cheat Engine. All the code needed to decompile your trainer data is within the trainer file itself. So the trainer itself is its own enemy.

Indeed. The nature of the trainer will inevitably expose its own secrets.
