If I'm not mistaken, LuaSocket is an open source library, not part of Lua.
So if you want to use it, you'll have to copy the specific functions and sub routines you need.
Paste that into the table's Lua script and you'll now have access to those methods.
Or just copy the library to CE's directory and tell your table users to do the same.
