So I used pointers to get a static address in Saurbraten Cube 2 and now I just restarted my computer and went back to it and now it says that it is a mystery address. What happened?!?!?!?!?

Then it is not a valid pointer path. Try to find another one and perhaps use a higher pointer level.

The other option is that you use a code injection to manipulate the game itself to your desire which is most of the time easier and probably works even after updates/patches.
