Read up on array of bytes. They are bytes taken from a function to locate specific data / functions / etc.

thanks for the reply but I did not want to know to find static addresses,
but how to do something as an example of the photo.

The tutorial shows you how to make those scripts, which involves finding those bytes and editing them to apply the desires effect.

It talks about other stuff first as a background, an explanation on WHY we do things the way we do now.
