How do I cheat?

I need help finding the offset for this im trying to learn CE but sometimes i hit a wall any suggestions?

offset is 10 : [eax+10] . the +10 part is the offset

Try finding out how EAX (10da4c70) gets it's value. (e.g 4 byte scan for the hexadecimal value 10da4c70 or disassemble the code to see how that happened, and perhaps even some debugging)
