How do I cheat?

Trying to make a automatic Garrys mod sv_cheat bypasser.
Going into the console and setting sv_cheat to something high like 1983553, I can then go into cheat engine and search for 1983553. This usually gives me with one static address. But, whenever I restart the game it always changes, is there a way to find the one that doesn't change?

Sorry, i'm bad at this. Dx
