Ok, so you know where under Memory Scan Options it says Start and Stop? My Start and Stop numbers currently read 00000000 and 7fffffff when the 0's in the start and the f's in the stop should reach all the way to the end. I've attached a picture of what it looks like, can someone help? Thanks!

I would guess that normally you are using the 64-bit version and this is the 32-bit version. Start the 64-bit version instead.

? How do you like change to the 64 byte version?

You know how you start up Cheat Engine?

Try running the 64-bit version instead of the 32-bit version.

They install right next to each other.

Yes, it means you are running a 32-bit version of windows, which can not run 64-bit programs.
Just use the 32-bit cheat engine version, as you can not play any games that make use of more memory anyhow
