but porting it to linux is still a long time away

There's no memory editors for linux already (that I know of), neither are there packet editors.
Its annoying running both on wine, especially installing firefox on wine

| There are plenty of packet editors. CE would not run natively under windows because it uses the windows API though which is why you need to run it in WINE.

Why would you install FireFox in wine? There are linux versions of FireFox...

there are scanmem for memory editor for linux by taviso,
but i think CE is better for cheating...
but i couldn't find packet editor for linux (*sigh) i'm trying to write one from python scappy... hey , do you know edit the network packet with wireshark on linux ?
