K, so the only thing you need for this is WinRaR.

So this s how you do it.


First select the folder where the files that you wana work with are.
For example, I'll be using Resource Hacker for this. So as you can see I'm going to open the following folder where it is located.


So now that I'm there I make sure the .exe file (or any file that makes your program run) is on the main folder.

Now I select all. INCLUDING FOLDERS

Now I right click any of the files. And look for an option that says:
"Add to archive"


It should look like this after you click it.


1 - Now tick the following
2 - And go to this tab

It should look like this, so click on the option on the red square on the picture bellow.

Should look like this, Tick the option that says: "Create in the current folder"
And fill in the name if the .exe or runnable file that you will be using to run your program.
Then on top look for a tab that says: "Modes"

Tick the following and then accept. You'll return to the main window where we started this and Click on Accept again.

Taddah!

You got your own non installing file now.

My portable cheatengine is all the files compiled into one, no extraction.

This wont work for every program also.

Some programs depend on things located in the registry.
