witch agp graphic card will not bottleneck my cpu i just want to play cod4 on low-meduim

You didn't tell us what CPU you have, and the clock frequency alone tells us nothing. Assuming it's Core 2 or A64 based, it shouldn't be much of a bottleneck, and the 3850 is the fastest AGP card you can get.
