Hello everyone!

I'm new to the forum and to cheat engine in general and I've been trying to find out how I can swap out enemies in 'Dark Souls: Remastered' for other enemies. There's several videos of people swapping out Gwyn for a cut boss called Jar-Eel the Undead King but not a single video explains how it's done, unfortunately.

I want to swap out Gwyn for Jar-Eel the Undead King, a cut boss. If someone could explain how to do this like you're talking to a five year old I'd be extremely thankful!
