you can delete stand alone phase 1&2, but you wont be able generate windows executable trainer.

The Windows Executable Trainer is for if I download a pre-made trainer for a game, right?

Or does it stop the program from changing the values in the games?

windows executable file is the pe-format which includes .exe file extension.

no that have nothing to do with downloaded files, these files are used by ce when you want to generate .exe trainer.

no it wont stop ce from finding values or changing them.
