I'v skimmed through the source,
In VEH mode, CE injects vehdebug_xxx.dll into the process
then CE calls the exported functions and check if it was a success.
but I am more curious about how attaching CE debugger to the process is done internally in vehdebug.dll.
so once it is injected into the process, how does VEH_initialize function makes CE debugger attach to the target process??
edit: I know there is also source code for vehdebug.dll as well but as I am a noob in system programming, I'd like to know how it actually works.
- addvectoredhandler - but then what does handler do to CE attach to the process?? _________________

debug events are just exceptions
veh intercepts debug related exceptions and passes them on to CE (shared memory block between ce and the target)
then it waits for CE to tell it how to continue (handled or not) _________________
