How do I cheat?

So I've got a Cheat Engine Lua script which scans for this Array
"5B 22 6F 6E 4C 6F 61 64 22 2C 5F 74 68 69 73 2C 22 52 73 63 44 69 73 70 6C 61 79 49 6E 76 65 6E 74 6F 72 79 22 2C 27 49 47 55 49 27 5D"

It finds the address for it fine but I'm wanting to do this in C#


I've tried so many library dlls and class code but it's not working.


If someone can give me an example (maybe with code) It's be greatly appreciated.
