Not really sure what's going on. It's never done this before, and other games certainly don't do anything like this. Basically, as soon as I begin doing a pointer scan, Cheat Engine begins using 6 GB of RAM, and I'll be completely out of memory. My computer will start freezing a bit, and I won't be able to close Cheat Engine unless I use task manager and end process. I use it on a game that uses similar memory usage (around 2 GB) and it doesn't do that at all. It just does a normal pointer scan.

I've tried pre-entering offsets, limiting the scan range to only 32-bit addresses, and some other random options. Not really sure what to do.

it just means it has a lot of addresses that can be interpreted as another valid address

not much you can do about this but get more RAM
