I recently got cheat engine and I have the general grasp of it but theirs this lag issue that i keep on having when I try to turn a script on. Whenever I go to turn a script on CheatEngine decides to not respond and it doesn't even turn on the script, some of the scripts work but not all of them and I can't even put the working scripts on together. Any helpful tips are greatly appreciated.

there are many reasons for lag issue :
-the scripts are written wrong .
-your memory size is small .
-memory allocated for your script is large on your memory

Example: aobscan(Energy,8B 49 74 89 4D FC 8B 40)
It scan for location of 8B 49 74 89 4D FC 8B 40 when it finds location it activates script.
Cause of that scanning it freeze Cheat Engine on script activation.

If script doesnt activates, it means array of byte is wrong and doesnt exist at all.
To fix that must find which bytes are wrong and replace them with question marks.
Example: 8B 49 74 89 ?? FC ?? 40

You can speed up AOB script activation by using aobscanmodule in lieu of aobscan or by defining/limiting your scan range by using aobscanregion. If you're using SE plugin on an x64 target, you can use stealtheditex.

You can also try mgr.inz.Player's plugin for speeding up additional activation times that occur after your first, successful activation.
