Hello,

I would like to ask what are some preferable ways of memory hacking. The ones i generally use are:
1) Classic search-read-add to pointer until I have a static address.
2) Pointer scan.

But the problem is that when I try to hack the game I want ( CS:GO ) using pointer scan I always run out of pointers even in single player ( idk why ).

You didn't find a static pointer if you "run out" of them. Do a search again and find a static one that won't change.

Or you can do code-injection.
