I want to rotate the left stick orientation dynamically, for instance at 90 degrees rotation right becomes up, up becomes left, and so forth, but I want to change the angle arbitrarily and in realtime. Can this be done?
Really, all I'm asking is if I can read the position of the analog stick, and then send something different to the game. The other details I can handle myself. |

Yes, the controller/software sends input to the windows api for the game to receive, you would need to intercept that input and make your modification there. I don't know how to do it in lua, but I have used autoit to intercept api calls before. I'm sure lua can do it within CE if you google around. |

I've been googling around, and so far I'm coming up dry. Thanks for the pointer to autoit, though, I'll check into that. |
