That depends on whether or not the non-full version of the game contains that data. If not, then you need to get the full version of the game. If the game does contain that data, then you may be able to unlock it using a debugger/analyzer.

Probably because it usually involves topics that are prohibited for discussion (e.g. warez and illegally unlocking DLC etc.).

Maybe look at RE forums. It takes time to learn.
