Do I have to overhaul my CT? I made it with CE 6.5, is it compatible with 6.5.1? Thanks.

Not needed. CE6.5.1 has some bugs fixed and added few new features, like:
- you can define (de)activation sound for each memory record hotkey
- fixed ultimap for win10
- better groupscan

CE 6.5.1 just got another update. If you downloaded & installed 6.5.1 before 2016.06.04, uninstall, download new one.
(installer cheatengine651.exe version is 6.5.1.2 which means it is the second post release update)

Oh, thanks for the reminder, mgr.inz.Player. I will download it right away.
Edit: can I just overwrite the old CE files instead of uninstalling the old one and installing the new one?
