No, only CT's for android games. Trainer won't work as there is no connect option in lua

You can make modded apks for the game and reverse the game directly (no memory editing etc.).

But you would also need root access for this. The concept of trainer actually doesn't even apply to android because trainers mean memory modification programs and you can't do memory modification in android. You need root access and there is significant risk of bricking your device (that you buy at ridiculously expensive prices) and also voiding warranty.
