How do I cheat?

QUESTION, i have two laptops, win 7 and one with win 8, cheat engine (playing bubble witch 2 saga) works great on win 7, on win 8 it will not do anything altho it shows 100 lives and 100 gold bars you cannot buy anything ,just says sale failed, and you can not get any bonus objects, any idea anyone??????
ps! it will not let you change score or number of moves in bubble witch 2 (win 8 ) but it works ok on other games?????

Make sure that you are running Cheat Engine as an Administrator. (Right-click -> Run As Administrator)

Great idea, but tried it several time in several ways, scripts, score, number of moves , nothing so far but greatly appreciate the idea.

Are you scanning for and then changing these things yourself, or are you using a saved table?

changing myself, and i did have a . .cea i found that worksin 7 but not 8, dont on w where i got the .cea from
