CE 6.4 - Scan sometimes crashes nvidia display driver

Performing a scan of a 64-bit process with CE 6.4 sometimes causes the nvidia display driver to crash. I am running Windows 7 x64.

This is reported as Event ID 4101 by Event Viewer with the following description:

Are you running any beta driver version ?. The latest nvidia versions is fine for me.

you're not scanning physical memory by any chance?
And you haven't enabled MEM_MAPPED memory regions to scan ? (don't when gpu crashes)

In settings->scan settings try enabling "don't scan memory that's protected with the no_cache option"

I'm using whatever the defaults are. The crashes are intermittent so I can't replicate it on demand but I'll enable the no_cache option and see if it crashes again at some point.
