number of changes is impossible for a windows based scanner. Unlike an emulator ce doesn't get notified about every change, and if it did (e. g marking all memory readonly and watch the exceptions) the game would be so slow it'd be unplayable

also, in windows the list of addresses can contain several millions of addresses while the NES can only have a couple of thousands

different by: you have increased by and decreased by. You really need a different by as well?

Could you implement some kind of address logger ?

Like place a write breakpoint on a memory address, and every time the break gets executed write on a log (window / file) the new value and the code that wrote that value.
