I would really like to know how to use cheat engine effectively in games other than flash games. Games like Dark Souls, Roblox, Half-Life, etc. just any game in general. How do I master Cheat Engine?

Well there's lots of different ways about it. I don't think one really ever "masters" it thoroughly. First finish the tutorial in the program. If you need help with it then try looking on the forums, the answers are all there. Next, just practice the basic stuff constantly. You can't make an effective cheat without an effective address/instruction. Learn AA in and out. The help file within CE lists all the commands and cool stuff you can do with it. Practice practice practice. Figure out how to make cheats last through game versions and working around dynamic memory. Then start learning LUA. LUA scripting is how all the "pros" make their amazing tables/trainers. Get on LUA's site and go through the manual, figure out what all that syntax means. Practice over and over again. Check the forums all the time for new methods or to see what problems other people are having and how they are being solved. I learned a lot of the very very little I know by looking at the script from someone else's table (I'm still struggling with emulating what I wanted to though hah) and apply it elsewhere. Always be courteous, specific, and detailed in your posts and don't be afraid to ask what you think are "dumb" questions. Just make sure to search the forums first Smile
