Hello, just recently I was looking into creating a program for clash of clans (using an android emulator called Bluestacks) that would find the gold amount that you wanted automatically by memory address reading and then comparing the value of the address to the value the user put in. I tried this and I was able to scan the Physical Memory to get the address but whenever I tried to pointer scan it always uses up all of my Physical Memory before the green bar in Cheat Engine even gets a quarter of the way. I am a noob at this so I don't know much, but I want to be able to get the pointer and offset so I can run it in my program. If anyone could give me feedback or advice on how to find the pointer and offsets, and how to find the base process in the physical memory that Bluestacks is running in I would appreciate it.

you can not pointerscan or debug physical memory
There are no pointers for physical memory (well, you could do it but it's too much work)

And it's impossible to find the process in bluestacks with physical memory


You need to run a memory scanner from inside bluestacks itself

Thanks, but once I pointer scan inside Bluestacks will that pointer address work in cheat engine or only in bluestacks? And if not how would I make it compatible? I'm also assuming I'll have to root bluestacks for pointer scanning. Also I worded my description a bit weird the program is going to run on my PC and clash of clans on the emmulator.

It would only work from inside bluestacks, and yes, it has to be rooted. (and fully implemented. bluestacks doesn't emulate everything)

And you can forget about using pointers inside your own program. Perhaps you can do a scan for the things around the address you'r elooking for (signature) but make sure it doesn't overlap the 4kb page boundary, as that is randomized

one tip if you're an really experienced low level os developer: page tables of bluestacks are 32-bit and reference real physical memory

Hmmm, I really want my program to be outside of Bluestacks though, it would make my life a whole lot easier and I'm also planning on expanding to make it a fully automated bot. I thought that if took that address I got for gold for example by scanning the Physical Memory and found it's address and then scan for the address in the Bluestacks process I would find the address in Bluestacks containing the gold address so then I could just find the pointer of that address and then I would be able to find the address for gold and then the value in that adress, but I tried this and it sadly didn't work (I might be doing this wrong). I was wondering if there is any way possible to get the pointer so I could read the memory or even just a way to find the values in Bluestacks and make them accessible to my program on my PC any help would be appreciated Smile.
