Not soon, at least not the way you expect. But it is already slightly functional

Get the ceserver binary for linux from the site(or compile it yourself) and then connect with the windows version to it and scan as usual. You can even do some basic debugging like find what writes/find what accesses (right now only one time before having to restart tge server and ce)
Perhaps the windows client can run from wine, else try a kvm virtual machine with windows, or use another system in your network. (GBit speed at least)

It's pretty amazing that this works as well as it does. Very impressive.
