Cheat Engine

Hi

I've downloaded installed 6.4 and ran the tutorial.
but I got stuck in step 5. somehow after I find the value requested I push F5 to "find out what accessed to this address" then changed value, it gets me error:255

why? how can I fix it?

using
windows 8.1 x64
i7-2630qmcpu, 16gb ram, sdd drives

after I find the value, I add it to list. then by pressing F5, I run the debugger of cheat engine. to find which opcodes accessed to my value, I need to change value again in tutorial. otherwise debugger won't show me anything.
that where it gives me the error 255. it shouldn't and it doesn't in another pc. (installed it same way, using win 8.1 as well)

Hello there,
I guess you might wanna try to reinstall the runtime (Does it only says "Error 255" ?).

Link for .net runtime 4.5 (Language is french, change it :p)

Try using another debugger and/or update the runtime (previous replay ^)
