Most people would prefer not to get the Blue Screen of Death but i was wondering how would you get it? is there a program or registry script that could cause it?

It needs to be called from a driver, so if you loaded the driver everytime somebody logged on, you could.
However, if this is for a virus: Fuck off.

you can fix BSOD errors. and BSOD's are because of driver errors.
